Dawn Curry, chair of the firm’s Data Management & Discovery group, presented at the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council’s (MBC) program “Document Retention and e-Discovery for Life Sciences Companies” on December 16. The Law & Policy Committee sponsored the program, which addressed best practices for the biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device industry in implementing and complying with a record retention policy.
